- Arrive bathed with hair mostly ready.
- Change clothes once you arrive at the studio
- Bring Child well rested and fed
- Bring colorless snacks (Cheerios or water, avoid candy and foods with coloring because it is a white studio)
- Feel free to bring a favorite blanket or stuffy but only if its okay to be in the pictures
- Bring a comb, hair spray and chap stick/lip gloss

• Think of the session as one stop on a fun outing. There is a playground nearby and Kline’s Ice Cream across the street or you can have a small reward waiting in the car.
• Keep the day low pressure and enjoyable. Let your child be themselves. Genuine quiet expressions look amazing in this style.
WHat to Wear for an Heirloom Session
For heirloom sessions, outfits should be in white or off-white with delicate, timeless details that enhance the classic, minimalist style of the session. Look for elements such as smocking, lace, subtle embroidery, gentle pleats, or small buttons, which create texture and interest without overpowering the simplicity of the portrait. Peter Pan collars are especially charming, and monograms can add a personal and meaningful touch. Keep accessories minimal and avoid bold patterns or bright colors, allowing your child’s natural beauty, expression, and connection to shine.
